The CodeOne Customer Day began as an annual gathering. Under EDC’s management, it has become something more: a flagship event that brings together CodeOne’s clients, partners, and media contacts in two Portuguese cities — Lisbon and Porto — and consistently delivers the kind of experience that people remember and talk about.
EDC has managed every edition of the CodeOne Customer Day since 2024, handling the full scope of event production: invitation design, graphic and web support materials, supplier coordination, audiovisual setup, catering, and venue selection in both cities.
Beyond the operational execution, EDC also manages the editorial dimension of the event — organising press contact moments with specialist logistics media, and coordinating social media activations that extend the event’s reach before, during, and after the day itself.
The results reflect the quality of the execution. Each edition has gathered over 70 participants, with international partners including Zebra and Honeywell present at the table. A specialist logistics media interview has been secured at each edition, generating coverage that extends the event’s value well beyond the room.
The CodeOne Customer Day has become a model for how a well-executed corporate event can reinforce client relationships, attract new partners, generate media visibility, and produce content that serves the brand long after the last guest has left.
