Exclusive Networks is one of the world’s leading specialist distributors of cybersecurity solutions. Their partners are senior technology professionals who attend events regularly and have high expectations. When EDC took on the management of the Exclusive Networks Partner Day in Portugal, the brief was to deliver an event experience that matched the calibre of the audience — and to do so consistently, year after year.
The Exclusive Networks Day brings together over 100 participants annually — partners and prospects from across the technology sector — in a format that combines business content with strategic relationship-building.
EDC manages the complete production: invitation design, graphic materials, branded merchandise, supplier coordination, audiovisual setup, catering, venue selection, and on-site accreditation management with coordination of hostesses. A formal press contact moment is organised at each edition, with media invited to conduct interviews — extending the event’s reach beyond the room and into the publications that the audience reads.
Beyond the annual Exclusive Networks Day, EDC also organised the Exclusive Networks partner trip to San Francisco for an international technology fair — a project of significantly greater logistical complexity, requiring full travel coordination, itinerary planning, and supplier management across an international destination. It is a type of project that demands the same precision as a large-scale event, applied to a different format entirely.
For EDC, it demonstrated that the capability that makes a great event company is not venue knowledge — it is the operational discipline and relationship management that makes any complex, high-stakes project run smoothly.
